RIBBON CUT ON DOWNTOWN RICHMOND CONSTRUCTION

(Richmond, IN)--In a prepared statement, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said Wednesday that construction in downtown Richmond goes beyond building new roads – it’s about strengthening the entire community.  A ceremonial ribbon-cutting was held Wednesday to recognize the completion of the $24 million project.  "It has been a long, arduous process.  The community was under construction fatigue, but the end result has made it worth it," said Richmond Mayor Dave Snow.  INDOT representatives were on hand and said that early returns on the panel project on South A Street were good.
